Brett and Landon learned music in their teenage years while growing up in different parts of Northeast Ohio. What served as a useful and necessary outlet in their young lives turned into a means of creative entertainment. The two met about a decade ago while honing their craft at local open mic nights and have played together on and off ever since. Late in 2021, the two formed Rye Valley as a way to showcase Brett’s songwriting skills and the unique music they create when they play together.
